    What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Please bring your BC Care Card, a list of all medications and supplements you are currently taking, and the name of your Extended Health Insurance provider. We also ask that you wear or bring a pair of shorts, so we can easily examine your legs during your consultation.

    How do I prepare for my consultation?

    Arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. If you have questions for our specialist, feel free to bring them written down. We also recommend calling your extended health insurance provider in advance to ask about your compression sock coverage: - Are compression socks covered? - What compression level? - How many pairs? - What is your annual coverage?

     What happens if I need to reschedule?

    There is no fee for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, a $150 fee will be charged. Certain appointments may also require a confirmation deposit to secure your spot. This helps ensure fairness and respect for the time of our staff and fellow patients.
